Biography
Dr. Rousina-Webb is the Program Leader and principal capability development senior manager within the Director General Land Equipment Program Management. In this capacity, she spearheaded the development of the Land Cyber Materiel Assurance Program, a critical initiative supporting the Canadian Army Cyber Mission Assurance Program.
Her leadership in this program ensures the seamless integration of cyber resilience considerations into procurement and lifecycle risk management processes of Military Weapons and Platforms to safeguard mission-critical assets in cyber-contested environment.
In the decade preceding her current appointment, Dr. Rousina-Webb held pivotal roles, including Chief of Staff, as the senior Scientific Program Advisor and as the Principal Capability Development and Business Planner for the Department of National Defence’ specialized engineering service support and test and evaluation agency.
With over 25 years of experience in industry and Government experience, she has honed her expertise in strategic leadership for new technical capability development, complemented by strong background in R&D, new product introduction, new product development, test engineering, semiconductor device physics, and optics.
